We provide a range of digital and IT services customized to client requirements. All projects are subject to mutually agreed scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing outlined in individual contracts or proposals.

4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, software, and deliverables created by Appmason Digital remain the intellectual property of Appmason Digital until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom work may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Both parties agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information obtained during the course of the business relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
Appmason Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Warranties and Support
We strive to deliver quality and reliable services. However, unless otherwise agreed:

Ongoing support and updates may require a separate agreement

Bug fixes or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed or in progress will be due immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
